Convert certificates using openssl

Download and install OpenSSL for windows from here (Light version is sufficient)
http://www.slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html

Convert PFX to PEM
openssl pkcs12 -in privcert.pfx -out privcert.pem -nodes

Convert CER to PEM
openssl x509 -inform DER -in pubcert.cer -out pubcert.pem
