Fix 0×0000007B STOP Errors on your converted VMs due to incorrect boot device drivers

Boot your guest on a bootable recovery CD (e.g. BartPE, Hiren or similair)
When finished booting, start regedt32 and load your guest os system hive (%systemroot%\system32\config) into HKLM\OFFLINE
Import the following regfile: OffLineIDEFix
Unload hive
Reboot and cross your fingers
